Flash Williams beat "The Messiah" Brandon Thomas in around the 8 minute mark. Flash used his signature moonsault to pick up the victory.
"Star Man" Mark Clarke bested "Dangerous" David Daniels after a botched interference from Big Richard Action. Action was set on hitting Clarke with his golf club however the Masked Inferno prevented this from happening allowing Clarke to pick up the win over Daniels.
"The Dark Angel" Carl Mizzery & Stax (2XL) pulled the victory over "The Sensational 1" Jason Fellows & Nick Knight. Fellows & Knight tried to work over Mizzery however Carl managed to get the hot tag to Staxx. Shortly after Fellows was hit by a top rope splash from Staxx, then a frog splash from Mizzery for the pin fall.
Tommy Gunn came to the ring and cut a promo. He told the fans he was upset he couldn't wrestle tonight because of his back injury he suffered because of "The Sensational 1" Jason Fellows at the last show. He announced at AWE's next show on September 22nd there would be a 15-1 Royale Rumble (15 Man). He then announced he would be the number 1 entrant.
*Intermission*
Stuart "The Natural Technician" Neale defeated "The Violent NTT" Chris Hall. NTT brought weapons to the ring and seemed focus throughout the match to use them. The referee found himself constantly reminding NTT that this wasn't a hardcore match. When Hall bought his signature trash can into the ring the referee had no other choice to pull it away from him. Doing so angered the Violent one and he began arguing with the official. Neale saw this as an opportunity and rolled-up NTT for the win, with a handful of the tights. After the match Stuart celebrated for a moment, but this was interrupted when NTT chased him to the back.
AWE Heavyweight Title Match: "Death Row" Shaun Langley became the new AWE Heavyweight Champion after The Masked Inferno was cost the title due to botched interference from "Star Man" Mark Clarke. When Big Richard Action tried to get involved "Star Man" tried to return the favour from earlier in the evening. However, this time Clarke accidentally decked Inferno with the golf club causing Langley to capitalize and pick up the victory. After the match the two argued and Clarke offered his hand. Inferno was unsure, and looked as if he was going to exit the ring; he stopped and got back in then shook hands with Clarke and the two embraced.
Three Way Tables Match:
Eliminated rules were in play here, because of this each member of each team had to be eliminated. Only one would be left standing. It was a phenomenal match that featured all six men putting their bodies on the line. Falcon of Swift Justice was eliminated first. He attempted a 2nd rope power bomb on James Hunter however it was reversed into a hurricanrana and the "Bird of Prey" was sent crashing through a table. The Judge helped his comrade to the back.
Next to be eliminated was James Hunter. Shortly following an outsider’s edge onto a ladder propped up against the corner, which bent the ladder severely. James Hunter was picked up by The Judge and power bombed over the top rope through a table on the outside floor. The Judge then showed the crowd "How you kill a Coal Miner" giving Coal Miner P a sit out power bomb off the ladder.
The Judge was then next to be eliminated. Whilst on the apron he was knocked and sent crashing to the floor and smashed through a table.
The odds were now stacked against Lee Hunter. Whilst Coal Miner G was up the ladder, Lee Hunter and Coal Miner P began a tug of war over the ladder. Lee Hunter got the better of it and pushed the ladder, sending it toppling towards the ropes and Coal Miner G to go over them through another table that was set up at ringside.
Finally, Lee Hunter managed to layout Coal Miner P on a table and do a splash from the top rope sending the miner through it. Coal Miner G attempted to make a save but the officials at ringside held him back. Post match, Jim Hunter came back to the ring and The Hunter Brothers celebrated as the winning team as the show came to a conclusion.
